  1. Meditate

Meditation takes a great deal of practice if you’re not used to doing it on a regular basis.  I started out at 5 minutes a day and then slowly added a few minutes a week till your up to the level your comfortable with.  Some do this 2-3 times a day to keep a balanced mind and body.  Meditation has been shown to help people stress less, focus more, and even sleep better.

  1. Treat Your Skin with Some Love!

Try doing some Dry Brushing before you Shower.  Dry Brushing helps remove dead skin cells and increase your blood flow.  I would suggest starting at your feet and moving up your legs and do an upward motion with the brush but not do hard but hard enough to remove the dead skin and get the blood moving.

I do this as it helps with my diabetes in my legs and feet. Plus helps the skin recover nicely and try adding a nice aromatherapy body Scrub when you shower.  Nothing too harsh that would irritate the skin.

We will be selling our own handmade lotions that are organic and natural in ingredients that will be great after a long shower or bath.

Try removing objects that are distracting to you and organize your space and put a fresh plant on your desk or a small flower plant.  Something that is easy to care for and will not take up a lot of space as it grows.

  1. Try Some Positive Affirmations

Try some words of encouragement to yourself daily if possible.  It may seem odd at first talking to yourself, but it works. Put some statements on a few note-cards and read them out loud to yourself.  This is very helpful when you’re struggling with a situation or going through a hard time.

  1. Eat Fresh Veggies & Fruit

Eat a nice fresh Salad with Raw Organic Veggies!  Do not use too much dressing or products that are loaded with fat and sugar. However, good fats such as Olive oil and Avocado oil is great for your body.

Many of the dressings on the market are loaded with ingredients that are not good for you. As for the fruit you want to eat fruit that is on the lowest on the Sugar level.

I eat a large number of raw veggies and a single serving of fruit due to my diabetes.  It makes me feel good and not bloated and sick after eating.
