Super Avocado Detox Salad

  • 6 cups Kale (de-stemmed, chopped)
  • 1 Avocado (Just one Full Avocado sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tbsp Green onion, scallion, ramp
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar


  1. On a plate or in a bowl, layer kale, avocado, berries, onions and sprinkle with help hearts. Drizzle salad with oil and vinegar. Serve with Miso Marinated Salmon or Chicken Breast.
