  • 1 Cucumber (seeds and all (remove skin if not organic)
  • 2 medium Apple without skin
  • 1 whole Lime Juice
  • 2 cups Parsley, fresh (chopped & packed)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger root (or use less as this is powerful (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut oil (optional)

Instructions
